You are welcome to remain after Mass this weekend to receive the Sacrament of Anointing. Jesus came to heal the whole person, body and soul. In the Church's Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick, through the ministry of the priest, it is Jesus who touches the sick to heal them from sin – and sometimes even from physical ailment. His cures were signs of the arrival of the Kingdom of God. The core message of his healing tells us of his plan to conquer sin and death by his dying and rising.

Do you love someone who has drifted from the Catholic faith? ... someone who you wished were blessed with a relationship with Christ? Come ask for the intercession of Saint Monica, mother of Saint Augustine, who prayed for him during the years when he was very far from the Lord. All are invited to remain briefly after any Mass this weekend to participate in a Saint Monica prayer service.
